How do I unsubscribe from SMS alerts?
Yes! If at any point you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, simply reply "STOP" to any of our messages to unsubscribe. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team by phone at 1 (888) 840-7142 or by email at support@nerverenew.com
How often will I receive text messages from Nerve Renew?
We don’t want to flood your phone with messages, so we typically limit the number of SMS alerts for sales/promotions to around 3-4 per month.
If you ask to receive order related messages during a purchase, you may receive a few more (i.e. order confirmation, shipping updates).
We also observe “quiet hours” and will not send sale/promotion related notifications between 8pm and 9am.
I submitted my phone number, but I haven’t received any texts. What should I do?
After signing up, you will receive a confirmation text which will ask you to reply "YES" to confirm. You will not receive any additional texts from us until you have replied "YES" to confirm your subscription.
Once you confirm your subscription, you should receive a “welcome” text confirming that you’ve opted in.

How do the monthly giveaways work?
On the 1st of each month, we randomly select a phone number from our list of active SMS subscribers. Winner will be notified via text (and email, if provided). We will confirm your shipping information and send you your prize.
Monthly prizes are determined by Nerve Renew and vary each month, with a value of up to $75.
