- 4 bell peppers (any color)

- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside. Rinse them and set aside.
